Route Selection & Support
Choose routes based on real-world performance, not just the region name. Start with a route that matches the target website’s regional requirements, then check page load times, connection stability, and performance during your usual hours. Access to AI tools and streaming services may also depend on each platform’s policies.
If something isn’t working, first check for subscription updates and client settings using the Guides. Then submit a ticket through the support panel with the platform, route name, and error message to help identify whether the issue is with your local network, the route, or the destination website.
Privacy & Data Minimization
VPNWest follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account creation follows a data-minimization approach: no email address is required; a username and password are all you need. Account and order information is used to provide the service and resolve issues. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Subscription links are account credentials, so keep them secure. When reporting an issue, share only the information needed to troubleshoot it. Do not include your password, full subscription link, or screenshots containing private information. An encrypted connection does not replace the security measures of the destination website.
